After the port was missed september 8, 23. We booked a tour through Sandra's cruise tours to Greenland, We arriving on a cruise ship and the cruise was not offering tours for Greenland. On Sandra's website when booking it stated that the tour was fully refundable if we did not get to the port.

Each port was a new opportunity to see a new part of the world, and they took advantage of every sight they could see. Oia enjoys a hilltop location which offers breath-taking views across the Gulf of Santorini. This beautiful village, with its narrow streets, traditional white churches and blue domes, is the perfect place to do a little souvenir shopping and enjoy the surroundings. The total time spent in Oia will be approximately one hour and 30 minutes. I've filed issues with the BBB and had a refund within a few days or the owner of the company calling me to find out how to fix the situation so that I tell the BBB it has been resolved.

Unfortunately because of weather we did not get to Greenland. When we inquired about our refund we initially were told it would be a couple of weeks and then she changed the terms of service on her website to say it was not refundable. She has submitted falsified documents to our credit card company after we tried to file a chargeback. I won't tell you what to do with your money but this is a person to not be trusted.

Per her own terms all refunds will be processed in 60 days. It is over 60 days and she has not returned 100% to everyone. She is also sending the new terms and tour description to the credit cards instead of the terms and description that was in effect at the time of booking. The date of her terms and tour description she sent to the credit card was Oct, 4, 23.

I wish I could rate this company zero stars. This company is dishonest and keeps your money even when she sells the tour as 100% refundable. She changed her website to non-refundable after our ship failed to port due to weather.

Sandras cruise tours by Sandra Oleary is not a business I would ever do business with again. When hundreds of people started asking for refunds she changed the terms of service to Non Refundable to not pay us back. The only thing Carnival gave us was 400 per stateroom to use on the ship while we were sailing. You can decide for yourself if this is the type of business that you want to do business with.
The other thing is that Gil customized the times for me to accomodate the times our ship is in port. We are sailing with him from 12pm to 3pm rather than his usual time, 10am to 1pm. I actually called and spoke with him on the phone. We felt that the extra service and consideration warranted the extra cost of $12 per person. It all depends on what kind of experience you are looking for. Some people might prefer the boats with large groups of people.

In comparison to other tour operators, they are lower priced and one of Sandras tours is usually a combination of two separate tours of other operators. In addition to all our Europe ports of call, we also did all of our Asia--, amazing tours in multiple Japan ports and Indonesia was unbelievable. Today, O’Leary is a travel agent offering a full suite of services from booking cruises, getting flight and hotel reservations lined up, and of course, organizing port tours. The swimming with sea lions thing sounded so cool. I went onto trip advisor and searched puerto vallarta attractions, then las caletas. I would seriously recommend reading the reviews there. The prices were very reasonable and provided us with all we asked for. We will use her adventures next time we travel. We are sailing 9/21 and we've booked the wild dolphin swim in Mazatlan through J&S in large part because it is an eco-tour and our guide will be a marine biologist. I like J&S so far because they're prompt and seem well organized and their prices are really great.
