In PV, I think we're going to go with the tour guide friend of Mazatlan Frank for the 4 hour sights tour. I don't want to spend much time in a van, but it is a must that we go to Mama Lucia's for their almond tequila as we have to bring back an entire case + of the stuff for family/friends. We hAVE DONE THE DOLPHIN SWIM AT SEA LIFE PARK IN PV. You can do it all on your own, just grab a cab off the ship and it is 20 minutes away. Pay for a dolphin swim and it includes admission for the day to the water park.

She replied if the cruise ship does not port the tour is refundable. She is now stating the tour was always non refundable. This was no where on her web old site on terms and condition or tour description. She then started a new web site and completely changed the tour description to state non refundable. I booked march 3, 23 and have screen shots of her tour description dated march 30th, 23.

They were very well organized with excellent guides. In particular, the Santorini excursion allowed us to completely avoid waiting for a cable car to take us down to the dock and our private boat even tendered us back to our ship! Only comment I have (no reflection on the tours) is for those with mobility issues. Both Santorini and Acropolis/Parthenon require walking up significantly STEEP inclines and stairs. I opted for the Yael partially due to the size of the boat. I much prefer not to be in the water with 50 other people running into you and over you.
Buyer beware, this is not a reputable company. My husband and I did 8 excursions with Sandras Cruise Tours in Europe in July 2022. You certainly get more for your money in the comfort of an air-conditioned coach. Always on time with professional tour guides on the coaches.

We used Sandra's services on the Carnival Pride to Iceland in August 2023. She offered fun tours and we enjoyed the excursions. Due to circumstances beyond her control, one stop was missed with the ship not stopping in Grundarfjörður due to weather issues and Carnival's decision to not operate water shuttles. We received a refund for that missed tour before we completed the cruise! We'd definitely use Sandra's Cruise Tours again.

They do vet all operators and won't book with problematic ones. And no there was no option booking tours with carnival directly as they announced when this cruise was published there would not be any tour to book through Carnval.

Many missed the whale watching because the boat left 30 minutes before scheduled. The Iceland tours had the worst tour guides ever. I really didn't care about the tour guides 7 kids by 7 fathers or her trouble with alcohol. I really wish I had learned more about the country than the guides personal life. We booked three excursions with Sandra in Europe 2023. Sandra did not even sail on our trip, and instead got amateur volunteers to run the show.
